Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and SmartBetTracker have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered. Service begun and/or underway are active and require a payment to SmartBetTracker, regardless if that user has used the website in any way. If the Client cancels the service during a month, no refund shall be awarded, however the Client will have complete access to the paid services until that month’s subscription has ended, at which time the user will have access to the free subscription at no charge.

Availability

All information provided by you and recorded on SmartBetTracker's database is managed with care. However, we cannot guarantee this information will always be available. SmartBetTracker does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability.
